The commission may send a written notice to the relevant authority or agency to rectify the consequences of the improper actions of the person holding the public office in accordance with the prevailing law. However, if the decision made by a person holding a public position is subject to appeal according to the prevailing law, the Commission will not send a written notice to affect such decision.
